This is a pheasant hunt on opening day December 1st that will go to benefit Care-Net Crisis Pregnancy Center.

The story behind this event started opening day of pheasant season last December.  Dalon, Justin, Kelly and I had hunted together on opening day going on four years at this point.  It was in the low 20s on this particular morning and the hunt looked as if it would turn out to be a good one.  We were about 250-300 yards into the first pass through the CRP field and Dalon had a massive heart attack.  He went on to be with the Lord that cold morning.  Dalon was a great example and an inspiration to those around him.  He left this world doing something he loved to do.  I want to keep his memory alive and this event will do just that.  The proceeds from this memorial hunt will go to benefit Care-Net Crisis Pregnancy Center here in Amarillo.

Bronze Level:  $150.00 will include having your logo put on the t-shirts and also give you the opportunity to have a banner (not provided) at the cook-out; which will be held in Amarillo at the end of the hunt.

Silver Level:  $300.00 will include the same as the above level.  This level will also include one paid space for a hunter.
Gold Level:  $500.00 will include the same as the previous levels.  The only difference will be that it will have two paid spaces for hunters. This will also include being listed on the website.

Platinum Level:  $1000.00 will include the same as the previous levels.  The only difference will be that it will have four paid spaces for hunters.  This will also include being listed on the website.

The Platinum Level sponsors will have the opportunity to up their sponsorship to become the title sponsor of the whole event.

Each sponsorship level will include having your logo put on the t-shirts that will be made up for the event.  There will also be an opportunity to have your own banner or promotional stuff at the cookout that evening.  There will be a release form that every hunter will have to sign that will prevent any liability in behalf of the sponsors or anyone associated with this hunt.

Checks will need to be made out to Dalon’s Hunt from each paying sponsor.  Hunters will need to pay in the form of cashiers check or money order in the amount of $50.00 per hunter.  These can be mailed to Dalon’s Hunt at P.O. Box 8426 Amarillo, TX 79114

All hunters will be free at the cookout that evening and any guests will cost $5.00.

The raffle will include a Browning 12 ga. Over and under Feather Lite as well as a 45 ACP Kimber with laser sight grips.  The raffle tickets are $10.00 per ticket or three tickets for $25.00.
